The Role: Due to an internal restructure, we are currently looking for a dedicated Venue Manager who has a passion for hospitality and is an excellent multi-tasker, able to manage competing demands while remaining positive and leading by example. This is a permanent full-time position, with a salary of $90,000 Key Responsibilities: Understand costing and manage stock levels for the bar and oversee ordering. Have a passion for cocktail making. Knowledge of booking strategies, ensuring bar systems and processes are up to date. Identifying training gaps and procedures and proactively seeking process improvements. Educate and train staff in the beverage offering, ensuring quality customer experience. Collaborate with other teams (floor, kitchen & functions) to deliver unique events and functions when required. Leading team engagement and ensuring consistent KPI's are reached across the team. About You: At least 2 years’ experience as a Venue Manager or similar Excellent product knowledge across beer, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Understanding that the role will require a range of different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Availability for shift work during the hours of 11AM - 11PM Tuesday through to Sunday and 11AM - 1.30AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Keen interest in developing team through success.
