Purpose of the Role We are seeking an Operations Centre Asset Compliance Team Leader to oversee a small team of Customer Service Officers located on-site at a major government precinct. This is a newly created role that provides an exciting opportunity to shape processes and team culture from the ground up. Reporting to the Operations Centre Team Manager (based in Adelaide), this role is key in ensuring asset data accuracy, compliance reporting , and high-quality client outcomes for essential public services. This is an opportunity to lead a close-knit team, liaise directly with client representatives, and contribute to reliable service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of two Customer Service Officers, ensuring consistent, high-quality performance Oversee asset data accuracy and compliance reporting in line with contractual obligations Collaborate with technical services teams and subcontractors to maintain accurate asset registers and reporting Act as the escalation point for client enquiries and service delivery issues Implement and support process improvements to enhance performance Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years in facilities management, asset management or a similar client service environment Leadership experience, including performance coaching and workflow management Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Familiarity with asset and compliance systems (e.g., CMMS) preferred Australian Citizenship and a National Police Clearance are required Why Join BGIS?
