In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a variety of payments and supporting our internal and client-facing financial needs. What you’ll be doing: Processing payments including trustee expenses, invoices, sundries, and claims with accuracy and timeliness Managing financial adjustments, cancellations, and transaction reversals using systems like aaspire and ABLE Supporting reconciliation activities and assisting with cashiering and general ledger tasks Handling daily mail distribution and contributing to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives Building strong relationships with internal teams and acting as the go-to for accounts payable queries Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance with service level agreements Collaborating with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations What we’re looking for: Experience in accounts payable (12 months preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems A keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines Exposure to superannuation administration or systems like aaspire is a plus Culture at MUFG Pension & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
