The RoleThe Director Training Resource Allocation performs an important role in the strategic purchasing of training from TAFE Colleges and private registered training organisations (RTOs) through competitive and user choice processes. The position is responsible for the planning, negotiation and monitoring of Delivery and Performance Agreements (DPA’s) with the five TAFE Colleges and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and the development and implementation of procurement, purchasing, contract management and quality assurance strategies with approximately 200 private RTOs.
