About the role: This challenging and exciting role will see you conducting RTO and VOC assessments, ensuring workforce compliance and readiness, particularly during project mobilisation. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver in-house training and upskilling, helping teams meet PPS's high standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate training records in line with regulatory and company requirements. Duties and responsibilities: Manage and deliver RTO & VOC ticket assessments Plan, book and facilitate HRWL assessments Update and maintain Corporate and Project Specific Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Training Matrix in MYOSH. Assess & facilitate project specific training and assessment requirements in coordination with the Project Manager. Develop, deliver and maintain company specific poly welding and mobile plant training, supporting RTO qualifications. Complete/facilitate professional development training for white and blue collar. Coordinate with external training providers for specialised courses when necessary. Participate and contribute to continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes. Participate in internal and external audits and undertake follow-up actions as required.
