The Retirement Experience Manager will focus on engaging teams across the fund, creating positive relationships to support collaboration and alignment in how we deliver an exceptional retirement for Team Super members. This Retirement Experience Manager role is a twelve-month contract. Job Description The Retirement Experience Manager is responsible for understanding and advocating for the retirement needs of Team Super members identified through research and data analysis to support the design, execution and monitoring of the member experience leading up to and into retirement. The Retirement Experience Manager will undertake the following duties: Work with the Chief Retirement Officer to develop and implement the Retirement strategy for Team Super in alignment with the fund's Retirement Income strategy, Advice strategy, Marketing strategy and Growth strategy. Develop a retirement dashboard to illustrate and drive accountability for the experience members have with Team Super including, amongst other indicators, members' retirement balances, preparedness across different age cohorts, product choices, confidence &education and advice services accessed Assist with the production of board and committee reports relating to Team Super ’s retirement ambitions Engage with networks external to Team Super to understand innovative approaches to solving the barriers stopping members achieving their best retirement Travel may be required at times and would be at the discretion of the manager Desired Skills and Experience Required skills: Business Degree in commerce, business or related field or equivalent years of experience Required experience: History of providing exceptional service Advanced IT skills (desirable), able to efficiently and effectively use all Microsoft Office programs and specific business software, continually upskill on software required to perform role Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the superannuation, retirement or advice sectors preferred We look forward to your application SUBMISSIONS CLOSE TUESDAY 2 SEPTEMBER 2025 J-18808-Ljbffr
