Job Description We are seeking a Staff Database Systems Support Engineer with deep expertise in PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Oracle, and programming. This role demands a motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of core database concepts and architecture, practical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across operating systems, storage systems, and performance tuning. You will be working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex database and application-related issues, run benchmarking tests, and produce clear technical documentation and presentations. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level support for PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, and Oracle database systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues involving performance, availability, and data integrity. Maintain and enhance WF code to support automation in the cloud. Collaborate directly with customers to understand their environments and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Design and execute benchmark tests to evaluate and optimize database performance. Develop and maintain robust technical documentation, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Present technical content effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
