Job Description We’re growing a talent pool of Architects from emerging talent with a couple of years’ experience to seasoned professionals – interested in joining our Perth Studio as new projects move into delivery. We’re looking for design-driven professionals – whether recently registered or currently working towards registration – who thrive in collaborative environments and bring both creative thinking and technical skill to complex projects. You’ll be part of a team designing spaces that influence how people live, move, learn, and connect. The ideal candidates will have: Strong design and documentation skills across multiple project stages 2 year post graduate experience working across a variety of typologies (e.g. transport, education, civic, health, mixed use property) A high level of proficiency in design tools such as Revit (essential), and other visualisation or modelling platforms Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail The ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines Confidence presenting ideas, contributing to design reviews, and engaging with clients and stakeholders A genuine interest in progressive design and future-focused thinking
