Draftsperson – Cabinetry | $90k–$110k Super | Malaga WA Based in Malaga $90,000 – $110,000 Super (depending on experience) Cabinet Vision | CNC-ready files | Real-world builds About the Role As part of our existing Construction business, we have recently established our own in-house cabinetry department to help reduce our reliance on subcontractors for our major projects. We’re looking for a hands-on Draftsperson who is prepared to grow with our team, who specialises in high-end commercial fitouts and quality residential projects. This isn’t a CAD-only desk job, you’ll be switching between drawing, CNC file prep, solving production issues, and lending a hand in the workshop when needed. The division is backed by strong leadership and a solid pipeline of work. You’ll be working closely with the Project Manager and wider team to make sure every detail is nailed before the first sheet is cut. What You’ll Be Doing Producing clear, accurate, and buildable cabinetry drawings in Cabinet Vision Generating CNC-ready files and working with CNC operators Providing drafting support for other parts of the construction business Maintaining tidy and organised drawing/document control systems Improving templates and drafting processes as the team scales Pitching in with workshop/warehouse tasks when things are quiet What You’ll Need to Bring Proven experience in commercial cabinetry and high-end fitout drafting Proficiency in Cabinet Vision Understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and production workflows Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage workload and deadlines Team-first attitude and willingness to help on the floor when required Bonus: Forklift licence or warehouse/factory floor experience Why Join?
