About the opportunity Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the MOJO sales team. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new MOJO home. More specifically, you will: • Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies • Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes • Achieve financial and non-financial targets • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments within MOJO and the NEX Building Group to deliver complete and correct documentation • Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
