Description About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Head of Client Technology to join our team and lead at the forefront of innovation, transformation, and delivery excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role, acting as the key technology interface between our organisation and some of the most senior client stakeholders—particularly across their executive and technology leadership teams. You'll be responsible for driving technology strategy, shaping client roadmaps, and delivering long-term value. Leveraging your deep expertise in financial services and enterprise technology, you’ll ensure alignment with our broader MUFG Pension and Market Services (MPMS) technology vision while building strong, trusted client relationships. Responsible for delivering client-centric technology solutions, this role plays a critical role in being accountable to: Be the senior technology lead for our clients, working directly with CTOs and executive stakeholders Shape and execute a shared client technology roadmap aligned with strategic business goals Partner with Client Delivery to oversee strategic, BAU and fee-for-service (FFS) technology initiatives Translate complex technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes Guide architecture alignment, innovation, and platform scalability Lead major incident resolution and ensure seamless service delivery Build and mentor high-performing client technology teams Contribute to strategic sales and product positioning when needed Proactively manage risk, delivery timelines, and governance across the client portfolio What you bring: Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise technology within financial services Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, digital platforms, cloud and data infrastructure Demonstrated experience building strategic client technology roadmaps and translating them into delivery Exceptional relationship management skills – especially with C-level stakeholders Deep understanding of market, regulatory, and operational environments Ability to lead complex technology conversations with authority and clarity A collaborative leadership style with a passion for innovation, delivery excellence, and client success Some of our Employment Benefits FlexiWorks – enabling our employees to work in the office and at home Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well-being leave Employee Recognition Program - to recognise people who are demonstrating our values and Company purpose.
