Your new role As the Business Applications Manager, you will lead a team of 7 and report directly to the Head of IT. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of critical business systems, including D365 and Salesforce. This is a full-time position based in Western Sydney, with 3 days per week in the office, 2 WFH. This role will see you Lead both onshore and offshore teams with a focus on collaboration and accountability; Drive enhancements across business applications in line with organisational goals; Ensure all planning and delivery is structured, well-communicated, and detail-oriented; and Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into system improvements. About you You are a confident and capable leader who brings a structured, methodical approach to managing business systems. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business and have experience working with both onshore and offshore teams. You will ideally bring Experience managing or leading business systems such as D365 and Salesforce; Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to planning and execution; Proven experience managing teams and delivering system improvements; and Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
