About the Role: In this key position, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained commercial/industrial portfolio, working closely with discerning landlords and tenants. The role requires a high level of professionalism, proactive management, and the ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of premium commercial and industrial properties Liaise with high-value clients and stakeholders with exceptional service Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears Provide strategic asset management advice where required Use Cirrus8 to manage day-to-day property operations About You: Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property management Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/industrial leases and legislation Strong communication and client relationship skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Proficient with Cirrus8 software (or similar property management platform) A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Why This Role?
