The Position Working in a heavily supported team within their residential division, you will manage a small portfolio of 35 properties with a handful of owners. SUPPORT = shared PM admin, leasing agent, and outsourced PCR's! Junior Property Managers will conduct their own routine and final inspections. The Candidate Completed or almost completed your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION 1 year experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Agent looking for your first, small portfolio.
