Job Description A fantastic opportunity has opened for an ambitious, energetic Assistant Site Manager/2IC to join our team at our Eagle Farm Distibution Centre. As the 2IC you will lead by example and are responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent standards in the following areas: The Role Customer Service Picking and Packaging Orders for Delivery. Forklift Operation Loading/Unloading Trucks. Stock Control and Fulfilment. Team Supervision, Coaching & Mentoring. Handle and resolve both internal and external complaints efficiently. Effectively address customer and employee concerns, ensuring compliance with service offer Comply with OH&S regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Complete routine safety inspections as required, including daily site safety walkthrough Ideally you will have Knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector LF Forklift license (or ability to attain prior to start) Manual Driver's License Self-motivated with a strong team focus.
