My client, a highly established home builder for over 30 years with a solid presence in Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast are seeking a Consultant to be based in their busiest display! They are well known in the industry for KDR's, in particular working on sloping sites and split level Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the home building process. Understand clients' unique needs, preferences, and budget constraints to tailor solutions. Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and other strategic initiatives. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. Manage and update clients on the progress of their projects, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
