As the business continues to grow, they are now looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to support their expanding operations. You’ll join a tight-knit team of six, working closely with the leadership group in a collaborative and positive environment. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Project Coordinator who wants to build a long-term career in the residential construction space. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the pre-construction journey — from contract signing to site commencement — ensuring everything is on track and expectations are met. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the key point of contact for customers during the pre-construction phase Managing documentation, approvals, and workflow using Onsite Companion Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and consultants to keep builds moving forward Providing updates, answering queries, and delivering exceptional customer service Looking after a portfolio of 15–50 clients, depending on project volume and your experience Note: You won’t be handling permits, that’s managed by another team. About You: This role would suit someone who has 1–5 years of experience in a similar role, or someone with a great attitude who understands the basics of pre-construction and wants to learn more. You’ll be proactive, personable, and keen to grow with the business.
