We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President, BCM Advisory/Consulting. This role leads portfolio growth and consulting practice development for the banking business in the ANZ region, focusing on client engagement, revenue growth, and strategic consulting across digital and IT transformation domains. It demands strong client influence, consultative selling, and collaboration with global teams to drive business expansion and delivery capabilities. Responsibilities Manage Portfolio & Growth for banking business in the ANZ region. Partner with Enterprise BD / Practice teams for consulting opportunities. Maintain direct client interface, developing consulting practice in domains such as Global Business Services, digital transformation, IT optimization, etc. Experience in CIO advisory is a plus. Drive end-to-end client engagement, growth, and revenue. Work with clients to deliver projects and programs, leveraging existing relationships. Engage in consultative selling and identify new product opportunities based on market needs and trends. Create and enhance collateral, capturing Genpact’s experience and industry POVs. Develop thought leadership to increase strategic engagements. Refine “Go to Market Strategy” for the region. Utilize industry connections and channels to meet stakeholders, understand client needs, and close new business. Collaborate with practice and vertical teams to improve deal inflow and conversion. Revitalize large engagements with new perspectives. Support the development of delivery capabilities, solutions, and talent. Build consulting and digital practices across verticals. Coordinate with global Business Development teams. Drive revenue from existing relationships. Qualifications Ability to influence C-level customers and internal stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in identifying value-added solutions for clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Leadership in cross-functional teams. Results-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. Comfortable with ambiguity. Commercial acumen with mature contract negotiation skills. Experience in consultative selling and market connectivity. Postgraduate or graduate degree in business administration. Project management qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). Frontline consulting experience, preferably with reputed firms or in digital/procurement/finance transformation. Entrepreneurship experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong client management connections in the market. Transformation leadership, especially in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
