About the role We are seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Advisor with a passion to make a difference to the safety & wellbeing of our employees and volunteers. You will work collaboratively with managers, employees and volunteers on a variety of people related policies, procedures and practices for all areas of St John Ambulance Victoria (SJAV). You will build relationships within the People & Culture team and with the broader SJAV community enabling you to assist and support Health Safety & Wellbeing objectives. You will model the values and behavioral expectations that support a safe, diverse and inclusive environment for everyone associated with SJAV. As our ideal candidate, you will possess: A relevant tertiary qualification in OH&S with accreditation as a Return-to-Work Coordinator Demonstrated knowledge & experience in OHS, and Injury Management/Return to Work including the ability to implement, maintain and monitor relevant systems Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, including ability to collaborate and work with managers to bring about change Strong attention to detail and responsive, proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously Significant experience in conducting WHS investigations and resolving WHS issues within the workplace High level organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritise requests Don't meet every requirement?
