Now we're looking for an Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll leverage Portfolio Intelligence to manage a blended portfolio of ~200 accounts, retaining and expanding existing customers while hunting for new growth opportunities across regional territories. You'll play a critical role in shaping how customers across Civil Engineering, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Asset Management, Government use Nearmap to solve complex problems and unlock real business value through vision-driven, value-based business outcomes. What you'll be doing: Own a book of customers and prospects, developing and executing territory and account plans to drive acquisition, growth, and retention using Portfolio Intelligence insights Focus on landing new logos through smart, self-directed prospecting and pipeline generation, creating your own pipeline using industry-leading tools Lead complex solution deals in SaaS selling environments, using value-based selling methodologies and MEDPICC qualification framework Navigate executive and business decision-maker conversations, demonstrating experience in exec/business decision engagement Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to increase product adoption, drive expansion, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, BDRs and more to unlock strategic opportunities Confidently navigate complex procurement processes and C-level conversations to close deals and deliver results You'll thrive if you: Bring 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven Hunter mentality Have deep SaaS-only selling experience with complex solution deals Are expert in value-based selling and can articulate vision-driven business outcomes across industries Have experience in the Built Environment sector and understand industry dynamics Are proficient with MEDPICC methodology and can create pipeline using industry tools Demonstrate strong Executive and business decision experience and can engage senior stakeholders Enjoy working across a high-performance team and can rally others to a shared goal Take initiative, own your outcomes, and know how to prioritise what moves the needle Are hands-on with the sales tech stack - Salesforce, Salesloft, Quip, Highspot, and value the process as much as the result Are willing to travel to meet customers and represent Nearmap at events, conferences and industry forums
