The Advisory Graduate role As a graduate in our Advisory division, you will: Develop the core skills and experience base that will put you on track for a dynamic career. Gain an understanding of how different parts of the public and private sectors interact across Queensland, developing a system-level understanding of complex financial and public policy issues. Be exposed to different sectors impacted by government funding and policy, with the opportunity to build progressively deeper sector expertise. Foster enduring professional relationships by joining a small cohort of other Advisory graduates with shared goals and experiences. On a day-to-day basis in your graduate role, you will: Drive the research and data analysis that will underpin your project teams’ understanding of opportunities and challenges. Build financial models and other methods under the guidance of more experienced colleagues. Contribute directly to the development of advisory solutions, both in the critical thinking process and production of deliverables. Work alongside QTC’s clients and stakeholders, including as part of blended teams. Have the opportunity to take on a variety of project team roles as your skills and experience expand. On a day-to-day basis in your graduate role, you will: Conduct market research and analysis to support funding strategies. Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.
