We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate Field Engineer to join our High Voltage testing and commissioning team based in Murarrie, Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in a hands-on, field-based role, with structured training, mentoring, and the opportunity to gain deep technical expertise. Description As a Graduate Field Engineer, you will: Support the delivery of field-based high voltage testing and commissioning activities on primary and secondary systems. Travel regularly to client sites across Queensland and interstate to support project delivery (including remote locations). Assist in test preparation, execution, data analysis, and reporting under the guidance of experienced Field Engineers. Learn to conduct protection relay testing, transformer diagnostics, switchgear commissioning, and other advanced HV testing scopes. Help prepare test plans (ITPs), test reports (ITRs), QA documentation, and technical documentation. Undertake power systems studies, design reviews, and technical analysis under supervision. Participate in internal training programs focused on HV secondary and primary systems, protection, and commissioning. Assist with tendering, estimating, and project support tasks as part of your development. Gain exposure to industry-leading equipment and software (e.g., OMICRON, Fluke, Megger, etc.) This is an excellent opportunity to expand and share your knowledge and to work with a well-established team of industry professionals. Interstate and remote travel is a requirement for the role. Experience, skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical) as recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia completed within the last 2 years. Current Queensland drivers' licence. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with an interest in learning AutoCAD and similar Engineering software.
