Collaborate with service line leads and directors to align bid strategy with business objectives. Overall project management, preparation, and delivery of lifecycle of bid and tender submissions including expression of interest documents, capability statements, presentations and panel and prequalification applications. Manage a formal tender process including facilitating bid/no bid protocol, kick off meetings, milestone reviews, conducting post-bid debrief sessions, and utilising lessons learned to contribute to the improvement of bid process and bid strategies. Manage internal bid teams and stakeholders including gathering information, scheduling, and attending reviews, recording actions, and ensuring all contributors deliver on time. Prepare written responses, ensuring that all bids are structured and written in a manner that ensures the content is easy to read; technically accurate; comprehensively provides the correct/requested information in the correct form/structure for the intended audience; distinguishes MBB Group from competitors and consistent with the company’s branding. Develop infographics that communicate value proposition, key messages and themes in a clear, concise manner. Prepare clarifications and respond to client queries before, during and after bid submission. Drive best practice bid methodologies through training, reporting on key trends or other means. Ensure compliance to proposal requirements and MBB Group policies and processes. Track and report on bid progress and all administrative activities within the bid process. Develop, capture, manage, write, and update the content library including CVs, capability statements, project sheets, infographics, testimonials, templates, and presentations. Review current bid process, identifying and implementing process optimisations. Contribute to the development of a bid toolkit and support the establishment of a library of approved content to be used for bids and business development. Ensure all bid toolkit documentation including standard responses, graphics, CVs, project sheets are kept up to date and amended post bid debriefs or project close outs. Review all documents associated with the tender for consistency and to ensure that they answer the tender questions. Manage submission tracker, proposal, and panel pipelines, identifying new opportunities and expected timeframes. Lead the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with strategic goals. Lead the collaborations in design and content to create branded marketing collateral, case studies, capability statements, and digital content. Lead digital content across the company’s website, email campaigns, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic themes. Promote brand consistency across bids, presentations, and client-facing materials. Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on outcomes together with recommended continuous improvement. Skills And Experiences Solid experience in bid management. Experience in bid management in a client-side professional services consultancy environment and demonstrated ability to successfully manage major, complex bids infrastructure bids. Technical report and presentation writing skills. Work well within a fast-paced, highly focused and deadline driven environment. Excellent project management and time management skills with strong focus on attention to detail. Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong organisational skills - Confidence, maturity, and professionalism in negotiating with Directors and leaders to achieve high quality bid outcomes. Experience in developing branded marketing collateral and coordinating marketing initiatives. Advanced computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of programs. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Confident, self-motivated, and energetic with a persuasive manner and the ability to use your initiative.
