Primary Objective As the Accreditation Facilitator you will Facilitate the Accreditation application management process including the provision of case management and customer service requests in line with the NHVR’s scope of services. Create, update and maintain accreditation records, and provide accreditation information to the Accreditation Supervisors, Operations Advisors and Manager as required. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the Manager Accreditation Services by providing recommendations and preparing case management and accreditation documentation including maintaining accurate accreditation data. Receive, assess and process accreditation applications and facilitate case management, including the collection of relevant applicant information (e.g. Compliance History Checks) and provide application information to the Accreditation Supervisors, Operations Advisors and Manager as required. Deliver end to end customer services in line with defined guidelines, including application status updates and application outcomes. Receive, process and reconcile application payments including the raising of refunds as required. Deliver customer requests by preparing and issuing consumer deliverables (i.e. interception books, vehicle labels).
