THE ROLE As a Proposals Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of strategic, well crafted proposal submissions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and company objectives. This role involves coordinating the full lifecycle of proposal development, from initial planning and content gathering to formatting, reviewing and submitting proposals on time. You’ll take ownership of maintaining a centralised library of templates, project case studies and past submissions, ensuring that reusable content is current, relevant and effective. Additionally, the role provides strong administrative and coordination support to ensure that the execution of proposals is efficient and collaborative. You will actively engage with the team, attend meetings, and contribute to a supportive and productive workplace culture. ABOUT YOU 1 years of experience in proposals, administrative, business development or a similar role Experience in developing and coordinating high-quality proposals and tender submissions High level of proficiency with document development software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF High level of computer literacy and experience with online tender portal management, SharePoint and other relevant systems for managing the receipt and submission of large tender packages Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels and successfully negotiate with and influence customer and senior level stakeholders in defining project delivery solutions and decisions in line with performance targets WHY US This is your chance to be part of a reputable, forward-thinking company with a strong brand.
