We are hiring for a Product Operations Coordinator - Contract Administrator to join our Product Operations & Site Delivery team to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2025 to February 2026 . As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December – February. About the role The Product Operations Coordinator - Contract Administrator position is responsible for the coordination and project management of the Australian Open Premium Experience & Private Spaces build. This is a crucial role in the delivery of the AO’s premium hospitality offerings. End procurement and contract administration including scoping, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and overseeing budget forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting. Coordinate large-scale operational logistics for bump-in and bump-out periods, managing schedules, crew operations, deliveries, site access, and plant/equipment requirements to ensure seamless onsite execution. Maintain strong compliance and documentation control, overseeing insurances, SWMS, MDS, and contractor records while ensuring alignment with organisational processes and safety regulations. Act as key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, capturing and distributing action items, and ensuring project alignment with WHS, quality, and program objectives. Produce essential project documentation and reporting, including production schedules, floorplans, signage, supplier lists, and post-event evaluations, with a strong ability to interpret architectural and technical documentation. About you To be successful in this role you will have: Strong knowledge of OHS, logistics, production, and site operations, with the ability to interpret build drawings and apply procedures effectively in fast-paced environments. Signage experience would also be advantageous. Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines with precision, delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools, with advanced skills in producing clear, professional spreadsheets, reports, and schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships, work collaboratively in teams, and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a positive, professional attitude in all situations.
