About the Role We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Canberra team. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting clients across the Federal Government and Intelligence sectors, and play a key role in shaping the future of Whizdom. Your mission: Build and nurture relationships with existing contractors Source top-tier candidates using innovative platforms and strategies Manage screening, submissions, interviews, and negotiations Provide ongoing career management and support to candidates and contractors Grow your network and market knowledge in the IT and secure sectors About You You’re not just a recruiter—you’re a connector, a problem-solver, and a trusted advisor. You bring energy, integrity, and a drive to make a real impact. Ideally, you’ve worked in end-to-end IT recruitment, and experience in Defence or Intel environments is a big plus.
