You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating mail and courier services, and ensuring the upkeep of office facilities. Assisting with and coordinating local in-house office events in collaboration with head office. Providing executive administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, securing meetings, and organising travel arrangements. Supporting the wider team with facilities coordination, calendar management, project assistance and event planning. This role is ideal for someone ready to advance their administrative career, with opportunities to engage in both operational and strategic support as part of a growing organisation. Skills And Experiences What we also need Demonstrated experience providing administrative and events support in a corporate setting. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - in particular Excel, Word and Outlook capabilities. Drivers License - C Class This is a permanent full-time role with a variety of exciting projects and events coming up.
