With multiple jobs running concurrently, we're looking to bring on two strong Site Managers who can take full site responsibility and drive delivery. ✅ The Opportunity Manage the full lifecycle of a 2-storey new build commercial site. Sites located in Annerley and Tingalpa - pick your preferred location. $160,000 to $200,000 total package , depending on experience. Projects are under $10 million , well-resourced with office and site support. Long-term career opportunity with a growing builder. ✅ What We're Looking For Prior experience as a Site Manager on low-rise commercial builds. Capable of managing daily site operations, subcontractors, safety, and scheduling. Supervisors Licence is sufficient (no need for full Builder's Licence).
