This role offers autonomy, responsibility and the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale distribution centres, to manufacturing facilities and complex commercial developments. Working closely with a team on a national basis, this role will see you involved across a range of complex warehousing and distribution projects. It requires a registered Architect with strong technical prowess and the ability to liaise and coordinate across a variety of clients, consultants, builders and internal teams. You’ll be driving the delivery stages of long-term projects through design development and documentation. It will ideally suit a professional with previous experience across complex, highly technical projects and it will draw on your ability to communicate and coordinate. Responsibilities will include refining project details, checking shop drawings and pulling a project together with the support of a highly experienced team. Backed by a multi-state studio with a national client base and a great reputation in this niche sector, you’ll join a friendly, supportive environment and be given the chance to forge your own path as the team continues to expand over time. We anticipate you will have 10 years’ experience, with broad project delivery skills and strong hands-on Revit capabilities. Salary circa $120,000 per annum.
