We're now seeking a full-time Heavy Duty Mechanic to ensure our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to perform on-site. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of heavy-duty civil construction machinery (e.g. skid steers, excavators, loaders, trucks). Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative checks to minimise downtime. Respond to breakdowns and perform onsite repairs where necessary. Maintain accurate service records, logs, and reports. Order and manage spare parts and consumables. Liaise with operations and project teams to ensure machinery is available when needed. Uphold workplace safety standards and adhere to company maintenance protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Relevant qualifications At least 2-3 years' proven experience working on civil construction equipment and heavy vehicles. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
