Female Disability Support Worker – Complex Behaviour Support We are currently seeking experienced and committed Female Disability Support Workers to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting, supporting a male client with complex behaviours and communication needs. About the Role: You will work closely with the client as part of a small, structured 2:1 support team, delivering high-quality, consistent support in alignment with his Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) and established routines. Location : Greenvale Shifts : (Set fortnightly roster. MUST be available for all the shifts below) Week 1: Monday: 6:30am to 9:30am Wednesday: 6:00am to 9:00am Friday & Saturday: 7:00am to 10:00am Week 2: Monday: 6:00am to 9:00am Thursday & Friday: 6:30am to 9:30am Saturday: 11:30am to 7:00pm Sunday: 7:00am to 2:30pm Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience supporting clients with complex behaviours of concern Behaviour Support: Strict adherence to client routine and BSP essential Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
