Provide professional and timely customer support via phone and email Manage and process customer orders, including backorders, invoicing, and online portal updates Liaise with international suppliers on stock availability and freight coordination Maintain CRM, ERP, and reporting systems with accurate data Generate and distribute key business reports (sales, backorders, stock levels, etc.) Support purchasing, logistics, and stocktake processes Act as the central link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams What do you need? Proven experience in office administration, coordination, operations or PA support High-level organisation and meticulous attention to detail Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs) Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Unleashed, Shiphero, or equivalent desirable) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to grow within the role If you are as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
