Full Time - Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced IT Support to join the team in our team in Stapylton. In this role you'll work to monitor, troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring seamless operations for our team members. This includes setting up devices, configuring computer systems, identifying hardware & software issues, and resolving technical challenges for our team. You will use your natural problem-solving skills to overcome challenges identify solutions and utilise your strong interpersonal skills to adapt your communication style to suit your audience. Your Role Installation and configuration of hardware and applications. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Offer support, face to face, over the phone or online to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot system/network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. Support the roll-out of new applications, security configurations and updates. Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deactivate offboarded users. Manage service desk inbox, actioning tickets according to urgency. Upgrade devices and replace parts as required. Work quickly to respond to enquiries and IT issues within determined timelines. Travel to support our sites, including regional and interstate offices (may include overnight travel). Manage other ad hoc IT & Servicedesk tasks as required. About You! Relevant Tertiary qualification in IT or minimum 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with exceptional time management skills. Proven experience in working autonomously Strong computer literacy including an understanding of the following: Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft Endpoint, Intune, Autopilot Microsoft Terminal Services IT ServiceDesk Management (Zendesk) Experience with server management.
