ABOUT YOU: You must: be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate. have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job. be committed to a career in your field of study. be able to work at least 3 days per week. Main activities of this role: Auto CAD for drawings related to our design proposals for the client. Candidate will be responsible to draw the drawings from the ground up. Supervisor will provide all the details and will take the candidate to job site to measure prior to drawing. Candidate will work with Manager to learn how to talk and negotiate with clients in regards to materials and design. Candidate will also learn how to organize materials prior to jobs. Candidate will drive to various supplier locations and job sites to learn the entire lifecycle of a subcontractor in the construction industry. Working Hours are between 7-4pm with 30 mins to 1 hr lunch break, But candidate can choose to work less hours/more days if they prefer. Flexible hours. REQUIREMENTS: Driver’s License & own car Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Specifically Steel Caps Boots, Gloves, Hi-Vis Workwear, Helmet) AutoCAD skills White Card Candidates that are a GREAT FIT but not required: Able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese.
