About the Role We are recruiting for multiple 10x Project Support Government Contract Roles across two vital functions: Project Officers and Business Support Officers . These positions will contribute to the planning, coordination, and operational delivery of key initiatives within high-performing teams. Working in tandem, these roles ensure projects run efficiently while maintaining robust administrative systems and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Project Officer ($600/daysuper) Coordinate end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and activities Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports Conduct research and analysis to inform planning and decisions Track progress against milestones and escalate issues as needed Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting registers Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes Support change management initiatives and communication plans Business Support Officer ($450/daysuper) Provide administrative and operational support to managers and teams Manage meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking Maintain databases, registers, and filing systems in line with governance Assist in data entry, reporting, and compilation of executive briefings Monitor workflow and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables Liaise with internal stakeholders to support daily operations Assist in procurement, onboarding, and compliance procedures Contribute to documentation reviews, updates, and version control About You Experience in a government or complex organisation in either project support or business administration Prior experience working within government or the public sector is highly regarded Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across diverse audiences Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities High attention to detail, planning, and time management skills Ability to work independently and across multiple priorities under time constraints Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project or admin systems (e.g., TRIM, SAP, MS Project or SharePoint) Qualifications in Business, Project Management, Administration, or similar field (or relevant experience) Must have full Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or long-term visa holders) As a mandatory requirement for this contract role required by our client, applicants are kindly asked to complete a compliance check and upload their work rights verification at www.charterdiligence.com.au/portal.
