We’re seeking an experienced Owners/Client-Side Project Manager About the Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Owners/Client-Side Project Manager to lead the execution phase of a large-scale wind farm. Representing the Owner, you’ll oversee the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) and ensure successful delivery across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations. In this leadership role, you will oversee the IPMT in line with the project execution plan, ensuring strong alignment with the Owner’s objectives and effective management of contractors under a split contract model. You’ll monitor contractor performance across all work packages, resolve major contract issues, and integrate deliverables into the overall project schedule. You’ll ensure compliance with financial governance and reporting frameworks, drive risk and opportunity management, and champion a strong safety culture. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including councils, regulators, landowners, and traditional owner groups—to ensure seamless interface management and project delivery. About You To be successful in this role, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management. You will have extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, within the renewable energy sector, ideally within wind farm project delivery. Your background will include strong contract management skills, including handling variations and claims, and leading multi-disciplinary project teams. You will have represented the Principal, EPC, or Contractor on major projects and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Your leadership style is resilient and outcome-focused, underpinned by strong commercial and contractual acumen and a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
