Job Summary: Join HUB24 as a Senior Project Portfolio Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving strategic project delivery across the organisation. Reporting to the Enterprise Portfolio Manager, you’ll provide oversight, performance insights, and governance support for our project portfolio. This is your opportunity to enable data-driven decision-making, uplift delivery capability, and help shape the future of wealth management through continuous improvement and collaboration with leaders across the business. Responsibilities: Portfolio Planning & Strategy Execution: Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, support portfolio sequencing, and contribute to multi-horizon roadmap creation (1, 3, and 5-year views) using data modelling and visualisation. Performance & Reporting: Track and report on portfolio KPIs/OKRs, benefit realisation, and strategic outcomes using tools like Power BI. Governance & Decision Support: Conduct analysis and scenario modelling to inform governance decision-making and support new work intake processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with delivery teams, business units, and functional leaders to gather inputs and facilitate portfolio-level discussions. Resource & Capacity Planning: Maintain and update capacity planning models to support resource forecasting and delivery planning. Frameworks & Standards: Apply and maintain portfolio management frameworks, templates, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project portfolio management capabilities, drive initiatives for quality uplift, and advocate for the value of enterprise project portfolio management across the group. Requirements: Deep domain knowledge in wealth management, including wrap platforms, superannuation, investment products, and/or financial advice. 5 years’ proven experience in a Project Portfolio Analyst or related role. Proficiency in project portfolio and reporting tools (e.g., Jira Align, Power BI, or similar). High-level data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of enterprise strategy, business planning, and delivery models (desirable). Exposure to end-to-end EPPM lifecycle, including new work intake, portfolio prioritisation, capacity planning, performance reporting, and benefits realisation (desirable). Portfolio, Project and/or Change Management certification(s) (desirable). Demonstrates integrity, a strong risk management and compliance focus, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
