Job Summary: Join HUB24 Group in a pivotal role where you’ll shape the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and drive business performance. As the Strategic Portfolio and Performance Manager, you’ll lead the design and management of our strategic portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximising value through robust governance, prioritisation, and benefits realisation. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, providing critical insights that influence strategic decisions and optimise resource allocation. You’ll be at the heart of strategic execution, overseeing portfolio health, facilitating investment decisions, and embedding processes that deliver measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced portfolio management professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, driving strategic alignment and performance across the organisation. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of strategic portfolio management processes, tools, and systems to enable enterprise-wide strategic execution. Develop and maintain an Enterprise Prioritisation Model to align initiatives, programs, and projects with business priorities, organisational capability, and market dynamics. Facilitate investment and prioritisation decisions to optimise strategic value, resource allocation, and delivery outcomes across the portfolio. Provide portfolio oversight and ensure clear linkage between strategic objectives, project delivery, and business outcomes. Establish and manage performance tracking, benefits realisation frameworks, and reporting processes to measure strategic execution against target metrics. Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, assess benefits realisation, and ensure outcomes are reported and embedded. Develop and embed governance structures, standards, and risk management practices to ensure consistent, compliant portfolio and performance management. Engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, facilitate portfolio reviews, and act as a trusted advisor on strategic execution. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing portfolio governance, prioritisation frameworks, and performance management maturity. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and strategic agility while identifying opportunities for efficiency, resource optimisation, and process alignment. Requirements: 10 years of experience in strategic portfolio management, performance reporting, and benefits realisation within a complex, multi-business environment. Strong understanding of enterprise strategy, business planning, and delivery models. Demonstrated experience in prioritisation frameworks and performance tracking systems. Proven ability to forecast future business needs and plan resource deployment. High-level data analysis, reporting, and conceptual thinking skills. Proficiency in portfolio and reporting tools (e.g., Jira Align, Power BI, or similar). Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leadership and executives.
