About the Role This opportunity is for an enthusiastic Graduate to join our high performing Health practice in our Melbourne office on a full time basis. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of health and medical negligence matters while representing medical and allied health care professionals; including but not limited to coronial investigations and inquests, disciplinary investigations and personal injury claims. This exciting role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of the above matters, allowing you to make a significant contribution to their outcome. It is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team with varied tasks in a fast paced environment. In return you will have the opportunity to gain experience working alongside and learning from our highly regarded Principals. About You We are interested in candidates who are motivated and interested to gain experience and insight into our Health law practice area. Ideally, you will have: A genuine interest in working in insurance law or litigation ideally in the health and medical negligence space. Ability to work fast and meticulously with high attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively and be a key member of a busy and close-knit team A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career Education Completion of a recognised Law degree in Australia or will commence your final semester in 2025 Personal Qualities Is an active team player and seeks to build relationships with peers and team members.
