About you You deconstruct growth challenges down to core drivers and rebuild channel playbooks from first principles. You understand the role and value of growth loops and how they underpin compounding growth. You know that profitable growth requires a balance of performance and brand investment. You understand what constitutes remarkable, thumb-stopping content and storytelling. You can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You move fast, test often and scale what works. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Audio and Display - On-the-tools experience is a must. Create and refine referral, content, and product-led growth loops that generate new customers without extra ad spend. Collaborate with finance to forecast marketing impact on growth KPIs, ensuring media investments scale within target unit economics (LTV:CAC, contribution margin). Identify high-value audience segments and create tailored creative that aligns with how they enter the category, adapting messaging to fit each channel. Ship weekly A/B and incrementality tests to better understand our customer segments and help uncover algorithm changes. Own the attribution framework (e.g., first-click, last-click, data-driven) to better assess channel effectiveness and guide budget allocation. Build prompt libraries and modular asset workflows that 10x ad-production speed while loweringcost per ad. Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting dashboards that surface narrative insights, spotlight variance versus targets and recommend next actions. Collaborate with Lifecycle, SEO, Product, and Design teams to ensure our customers experience a coherent story from first click to repeat purchase. Monitor social trends, privacy changes, and competitor moves, then rapidly pivot tactics to keep Fast Cover unmissable and efficient. Demonstrated experience owning and executing high-impact paid & organic media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display and Audio. Experienced building growth loops (product-led, content, referral) that unlock compounding customer acquisition beyond paid media. Subject matter expert regarding best-in-class creative (especially video), segmentation and bidding strategies, regardless of platform. Proficient using contribution-margin and marginal-cost analysis to drive optimal budget usage and incremental profit. Experienced briefing and managing creative teams to develop and refine ideas into high-performing ad creatives. Proficient designing, building and automating reporting processes with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau and GA4. Competent with incrementality testing, attribution modelling & full-funnel measurement. Nice to have - Capable of extracting, cleaning and modelling large datasets using SQL and Python.
