This organisation is a leading player in the insurance and automotive services industry, providing advanced claims and repair management solutions to major clients across fleet, logistics, and consumer sectors. Operating across multiple international hubs, the business is undergoing significant transformation and has plans to triple in size over the next 3–4 years. Following recent structural changes, they are seeking a confident, hands-on people leader to take full ownership of the HR function. This role is critical in driving recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration while leveraging newly implemented systems to support scale and performance in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Operating with autonomy and influence, this person will play a key role in supporting operational leaders, improving employee experience, and building the foundations required to support a high-growth environment.
