Based onsite at our cutting-edge facility in Arndell Park, you’ll lead our Kit Build operations team and support the broader pick-pack crew when needed. What You’ll Do Lead a close-knit team of full-time team members and contractors in Kit Build operations Keep the wheels turning—manage daily workflows and solve problems on the fly Work closely with our pick-pack legends and the wider warehouse team to deliver for our customers Make sure surgical kits and medical products get where they need to be—accurately and on time Be the coach your team looks up to—mentoring, motivating and celebrating wins along the way Set the tone for safety, quality, and continuous improvement every day Who You Are You’ve led teams in operations, logistics, warehousing or supply chain—and loved it 1–3 years’ experience managing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment You lead from the front, roll up your sleeves, and make confident decisions under pressure You’re organised, positive, and great at keeping people on track You genuinely care about your team and want to build a culture where people thrive Why you’ll love it here At Stryker, we do work that matters—and we have fun doing it.
