Discover the Opportunity We have a fantastic newly created opportunity to join Opal as the General Manager Cartons Australia, based in Sydney. This is a key leadership role for us within the Opal Cartons business, managing around 200 team members across 2 manufacturing sites in Sydney and Adelaide. The focus areas for this role will be to successfully deliver on the establishment of a greenfield manufacturing site in Sydney, achieving mid-term P&L goals, continuing to champion a customer first mindset to achieve continuous sales growth, whilst managing the day-to-day running and safety of the business. Key to success in this role will be: Continuing to build upon the Cartons Australia strategy and expand our market share through our customer centric approach, outstanding service, quality product and great people Leading our people with Opal Values front of mind, with a key focus on a positive safety culture, behaviour and outcomes Equipping the business with the capability to fully utilise its strengths in manufacturing and customer centricity We are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
