The position Calling on Switchboard Builders and Tier 1-3 Electrical Contractors, the aim of this role is to develop and implement a successful sales strategy for major accounts, both existing and new. You will be supplying a wide range of quality power distribution products, whilst representing a genuine market leader that is highly regarded and widely used across Australia. Duties include: To canvass, identify and negotiate with potential customers. To prepare and supervise such marketing and advertising plans. To deploy a successful sales strategy and tactics for future growth with key accounts and target markets. Contribute to the profitable growth of the business. Develop strong customer relations with key accounts. Provide sales support and training to customers. Your key skills and competencies will include: An electrical trade or engineering qualification is preferred but not essential. Power distribution or cable product knowledge is essential. Relationships with Switchboard Builders and Tier 1-3 Electrical Contractors is essential. A structured and planned approach to sales with face to face customer experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work as part of a team, to learn and create solutions. Base salary of up to $120,000 per annum plus superannuation.
