The Opportunity Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing activities for premium Sydney CBD retail assets. Support marketing strategies, budgets, events, and campaigns to maximise performance. Manage digital marketing platforms and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with property management teams and stakeholders, including leasing, customer, concierge teams, retailers, and agency partners. Assist with national and group marketing activities as needed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver retail marketing across six Premium Sydney CBD retail assets Assist in building annual business plans for each CBD asset, engaging in internal and external research and analysis. Design and execute retail events and activations to enhance customer experience and create brand awareness. Manage day-to-day relationships with retailers, including sales collection, reporting, and communication on promotions and campaigns. Oversee digital marketing efforts, working with agencies across social channels and managing website updates. Support monthly sales and foot traffic reporting, and manage budgets for designated retail assets. About You You are proactive, creative, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, easily adapt to new challenges, and are passionate about driving results. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships makes you a valuable team player. Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or equivalent. Retail property marketing experience. Liaising with advertising/marketing, PR, and web agencies. Proficient in digital marketing, including social media and website management.
