This is a unique opportunity to lead, influence and elevate the way we attract, engage and retain world-class talent – all from our beautiful headquarters on the Gold Coast. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and drive our end-to-end recruitment and selection strategy , meeting time-to-fill KPIs across our global operations (AU, US, UK & Canada) Shape and execute our Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand strategies to enhance our positioning in competitive markets Partner with managers across departments to understand their people needs and deliver high-quality hires Manage all onboarding administration within our HRIS system (BambooHR) Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and industry bodies Champion diversity, innovation and efficiency in sourcing and onboarding practices Own and maintain our recruitment tools , interview guides and onboarding documents Support learning and development initiatives across all levels, including succession planning and internal capability building Contribute to the employee experience strategy through engagement surveys and action planning Deliver regular reporting and insights on recruitment activity and performance metrics Collaborate on broader People & Culture projects that support our continued growth What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years' experience in a recruitment or talent leadership role Proven success in driving talent outcomes, recruitment campaigns and building high-performing teams Sound knowledge of Australian HR legislation with a proactive, international mindset or experience is also advantageous Excellent stakeholder management, time management and communication skills Experience with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office , and analytics tools A confident presenter, with the ability to coach managers and support leadership development A strong alignment with the Grace Loves Lace mission and values – and a deep appreciation for creative, high-impact brands Why Join Us: Be part of a globally recognised and loved bridal brand , designed and led from the Gold Coast Work alongside a passionate, talented HQ team A rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within the original bridal disruptor!
