A boutique residential builder delivering luxury homes, duplexes and small-to-medium density projects is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their close-knit team. You'll manage contracts, procurement, and cost control across Class 1 & 2 projects, as well as supporting Project Managers and Directors. There's a clear pathway into Project Management or Operations for the right candidate. What You'll Do Prepare & administer contracts for Class 1 & 2 builds Manage procurement: scopes, quotes & purchase orders Handle variations, claims & budgets Liaise with clients, trades & suppliers Support tenders & cost planning What You Bring - Ideally 5 yrs as a CA in construction (Class 2 experience a plus) - Strong contracts, procurement & cost control skills - Confident communicator, proactive & organised - Keen to grow into Project Management/Operations
