About the Position As the Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, always ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You'll also play a key role in supporting office operations across HR, finance, and general administration. Key Responsibilities include • Welcome and assist visitors and staff at reception; • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner; • Providing administration support to managers, including preparing reports and handling confidential information; • Book and maint meeting rooms and supporting internal events; • Assisting the finance team with invoicing and other basic tasks; and • Keeping the reception area and shared spaces clean and presentable. About You • Previous experience in a similar Reception or Administration role; • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (or similar) are highly regarded; • Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused individual; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); and • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability.
