What You’ll Do As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring our clients receive the care they need, when they need it, from the right people. You’ll be responsible for: Rostering and scheduling support workers in alignment to client needs and preferences Communicating with clients to understand their requirements Coordinating shifts and ensuring timely delivery of care Collaborating and working through with our Workforce Leader on any concerns or feedback Responding to service requests, client queries, and staff enquiries promptly and professionally About You You're organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Most of all, you’re passionate about helping others. You’ll also bring: Experience in scheduling or rostering A background in aged care or disability services (preferred but not essential) A team-first attitude with a flexible, can-do approach Confidence using rostering platforms and systems Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Why Join 365 Care?
